Adiciónase la Subsección Cuarta, Sección Segunda, Capítulo III, Título II , Parte Primera, Libro Segundo del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente artículo: "Artículo 2.1.2.3.22. Oferta de tasas. Las tasas de interés que ofrezcan reconocer las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda por concepto de depósitos en cuenta de ahorros de valor constante o de los depósitos ordinarios serán informadas al público en la forma y términos que establezca la Superintendencia Bancaria".
