Los gastos hechos con anterioridad al presente decreto i comprobados conforme a la resolucion dictada por conducto de la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional en 26 de agosto de 1869, por la cual se fijaba la intelijencia del artículo 105 del Reglamento de Contabilidad para los ordenadores de gastos públicos, no deben comprobarse de otra manera que como se establecia por la citada resolucion, la cual queda derogada por este decreto.
