°. Administración del Contingente. El contingente establecido en el artículo 1° del presente decreto será administrado por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, a través de su Dirección de Comercio Exterior, quien para el efecto tendrá en cuenta el concepto favorable o desfavorable que a su vez emita la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN).
