Transición de las pensiones. Los afiliados a cajas, fondos o entidades de previsión sustituidas por los Fondos de Pensiones Territoriales serán trasladados al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, en caso de que seleccionen el Régimen de Prima Media con Prestación Definida. Al ISS le corresponderá el reconocimiento y pago de la pensión, una vez le sea entregado el respectivo bono pensional.
