Art 6. o Los ganados que se saquen a remate de conformidad con el artículo 4 o i a los cuales no se hubiere hecho postura que cubra el avalúo, se retasarán i se venderán en subasta pública, citando para ésta con un mes de anticipación por lo ménos.
