El Fondo Vial Nacional pagará a la Corporación Financiera del Transporte una suma no superior al cinco por ciento (5%) de la participación de que habla el artículo segundo de esta Ley con destino al subsidio del transporte urbano colectivo.

Parágrafo

La forma de administración, distribución, requisitos para el cobro, pago, término y vigencia de esta suma será determinado por el Gobierno Nacional.
