Art. 3.° Por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas se dictarán las disposiciones del caso á fin de que el Gobierno éntre nuevamente en posesión de los terrenos de que se trata y exija lo que corresponda al Tesoro nacional por valor del veinticinco por ciento (25 por 100) del usufructo, durante el tiempo de la cesión de esos terrenos.
