Para la aplicación de las sanciones previstas en este Decreto se seguirá el procedimiento señalado en el Decreto 2733 de 1.959. El Recurso de reposición se surtirá ante el Jefe del correspondiente Distrito y el de apelación ante el Gerente o Director del Instituto o respectivo superior jerárquico.
