Artículo tercero. Los empleados que estando al servicio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, fueren incorporados en nuevos cargos, no requerirán llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración.
