Artículo ochenta. Reglamentación El Ministerio de Comunicaciones y la Administración Postal Nacional, de acuerdo con lo dispuestos en los artículos trece, catorce y quince del presente Decreto, expedirán las reglamentaciones que consideren necesarias para el eficaz cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto. Tales reglamentaciones serán dispuestas por resoluciones de las respectivas entidades.
