Artículo sesentaitrés. Contratos de concesión para el manejo de correo que cursa por vía de superficie. En concordancia con el artículo sesentaiuno del presente Decreto, la Administración Postal Nacional, podrá celebrar contratos de concesión con particulares para el manejo de correo intermunicipal que cursa por vía de superficie.
