En la Ley de Apropiaciones para la vigencia de 1950 se incluirá una partida no menor de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00), con destino a los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la presente Ley. En caso de que así no se hiciere, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos adicionales que se requieran para el mismo fin.
