Si al vencimiento del término previsto en el artículo 3º de este Decreto, de conformidad con los parámetros y aplicados los criterios de distribución en él señalados, existiere algún remanente, el Incomex lo distribuirá entre los interesados que oportunamente lo manifestaron, teniendo en cuenta para ello los parámetros mencionados en dicho artículo y en forma proporcional al valor de las exportaciones, producción y/o ventas, por ellos realizadas durante los años 1993 y 1994.
