La presente Ley reemplaza el libro V del código militar, que trata de la Justicia Militar, sin prejuicio de lo estatuido en el libro IV del mismo código, que contiene las reglas de Derecho de Gentes que deben observar los Jefes de operaciones militares, reglas que continuaran en todo su vigor actual.
