El cálculo actuarial de Telecom. El patrimonio autónomo de Telecom deberá constituirse con fundamento en el cálculo actuarial de la empresa aprobado por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. El ministerio revisará y aprobará anualmente todas sus actualizaciones, en los plazos que el mismo señale. (Decreto número 2387 de 2001, artículo 10°)
