Vigencia . El presente decreto entrará a regir a partir del primero (1º) de enero de 2003 y deroga los artículos 3º, 8º, 11 y 12 del Decreto 855 de 1994, el artículo 5º del Decreto 287 de 1996, y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
