Art. 126. Cuando se dirija una acción cualquiera contra los bienes ó la persona de alguno ó algunos que no hayan sido hallados, ó que fueren aciertos, después de cerciorarse el Juez de su competencia para conocer en el negocio, emplazará á los demandados por medio de un edicto que permanecerá fijado en un lugar público del Juzgado ó Tribunal por el término de treinta días.
