APLICACION ANALOGICA. El trámite relacionado con notificaciones, desistimiento expreso y tácito, vía gubernativa y, en general, en lo referente a procedimientos no previstos en este Reglamento, ni en los demás reglamentos de los Seguros Sociales, se someterá a lo establecido en el Código Contencioso Administrativo y en el Código de Procedimiento Civil, en su orden.
