Toda comunicación oficial dirigida por el Superintendente Bancario o por sus delegados a un banco o a cualquier empleado suyo, relacionada con el examen o investigación que haga en la sección bancaria o que contenga sugestiones o indicaciones respecto del manejo de los negocios del banco, será sometida por el empleado que la reciba a la Junta Directiva, en su primera reunión, y debidamente anotada en las actas.
