Artículo único . Los expendedores de papel sellado y estampillas de Timbre nacional gozarán del mismo sueldo eventual de que disfrutan los Administradores Municipales de Hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 15 de la Ley 111 de 1888 .

Queda en sus términos reformado el artículo 51 de la Ley 110 del mismo año.
