º Se introducen las siguientes modificaciones al artículo 4º del Decreto 1767 del 3 de agosto de 1994, en el literal señalado: X) Se modifica el texto de la Nota Legal 5 del Capítulo 97 en la forma siguiente: "5. Los marcos de cuadros, pinturas, dibujos, collages o cuadros similares de grabados, estampas o litografías se clasifican con ellos en cuanto sus características y valor estén en relación con el de dichas obras. Los marcos cuya característica o valor no guarden relación con los artículos a los que se refiere esta nota, seguirán su propio régimen".
