Coordinación interinstitucional. El artículo 24 de la Ley 336 de 1996 quedará así: "Artículo 24. Las autoridades de Comercio Exterior y de Desarrollo Económico, antes de aprobar las importaciones, ensamble o fabricación de equipos deberán consultar las normas técnicas establecidas, y en caso de que estas no existan, los conceptos técnicos sobre tipología emitidos por el Ministerio de Transporte. Así mismo deberán consultar en todo caso los conceptos técnicos sobre necesidad expedidos por esta última entidad."
