Articulo 7º Los empates que se presenten en las votaciones de la Junta Directiva del Fondo los desatará el Ministro de Justicia por voto directo, o mediante Resolución -en caso de que no haya asistido a la sesión, providencia que deberá proferir dentro de los diez días siguientes a la correspondiente reunión.
