°. Liquidación de Intereses . Los intereses de mora a cargo del deudor de obligaciones fiscales administradas por la U.A.E Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), que sean objeto de cruce de cuentas conforme con lo previsto en el presente decreto, se liquidarán de conformidad con los artículos 634 y 635 del Estatuto Tributario, hasta la fecha en que la obligación a cargo de la entidad estatal del orden nacional deudora y en favor del particular, adquirió la condición de ser clara, expresa y exigible.
