°. Delegación . Las autoridades facultadas para adelantar el procedimiento de negociación directa o de imposición de servidumbres por vía administrativa, podrán delegar el ejercicio de estas funciones, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 38 de la Ley 1682 de 2013 y los artículos 9° y 14 de la Ley 489 de 1998.
