Mecanismos de identificación y cobro. Los mecanismos de identificación de vehículos y de cobro de las tasas por uso a propietarios y/o conductores deberán ser concordantes con el sistema de identificación y recaudo electrónico vehicular que adopte el Gobierno nacional.

El Ministerio de Transporte definirá las especificaciones nacionales para la adopción y cumplimiento de estándares de identificación y recaudo electrónico vehicular.
