Los Tribunales Superiores y de Orden Público remitirán al Ministerio de Justicia copia de las providencias que decidan sobre las solicitudes de cesación de procedimiento, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a su ejecutoria. Así mismo, y dentro del mismo término, los jueces remitirán al Ministerio de Justicia copia del auto inhibitorio que sea dictado en desarrollo de las normas contenidas en el Capítulo IV del presente Decreto.
