ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.31 .- NORMAS APLICABLES. Son aplicables a la Sección de Ahorro y Vivienda del Banco Central Hipotecario los decretos 677 y 678 de 1972, las disposiciones que los adicionan y reforman y las correspondientes a las secciones de ahorros de los bancos comerciales, en cuanto estas últimas no pugnen con la naturaleza especial de sus funciones.
