El que con propósitos distintos a los previstos en el artículo siguiente, arrebate, sustraiga, retenga u oculte a una persona, incurrirá en prisión de ciento noventa y dos (192) a trescientos sesenta (360) meses y multa de ochocientos (800) a mil quinientos(1500) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.

NOTA: Penas aumentadas por el artículo 14 de la ley 890 de 2004. (Vigencia desde el 1° de enero de 2005)
