LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.3.3. Verificación de Condiciones. La Autoridad Marítima, si considera que en principio se satisfacen los requisitos establecidos en el presente capítulo dispondrá una visita al Centro de Formación, Capacitación y Entrenamiento, por parte de funcionarios designados para tal efecto, a fin de verificar las condiciones generales de los medios relacionados y si el resultado es satisfactorio, expedirá el respectivo “Reconocimiento de Programa”.
