Parágrafo

al artículo 201 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, modificado por el artículo 9º del Decreto 1470 de 2008, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo

En cumplimiento de lo previsto en el inciso 2° del presente artículo, el intermediario de la modalidad podrá optar por firmar el documento de transporte al momento de la entrega de la mercancía al destinatario, asumiendo la responsabilidad de la entrega y recepción efectiva de la misma. Firmado el documento de transporte el mismo se considerará como declaración de importación simplificada".
