Artículo único. Las mercaderías extranjeras que se importen al país por la Aduana de Arauca pagarán los derechos fijados en el Decreto legislativo número 15 de 27 de Enero de 1905, con la diferencia de que en lugar del recargo del 70 por 100 de que trata el artículo 1° del citado Decreto, sólo tendrán el del 40 por 100.
