La vinculación de un vehículo a una empresa de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor de Pasajeros por Carretera, es la adición de una unidad al parque automotor de dicha empresa. Se formaliza con la suscripción del contrato entre el propietario del vehículo y la empresa, y se remitirá al Ministerio de Transporte para la expedición de la tarjeta de operación.
