Los reos rematados que aparezcan leprosos se remitirán al Lazareto de Agua de Dios, para que allí cumplan su condena en la cárcel que se destinara para este efecto. Antes de ser remitidos se dará aviso al Ministerio de Gobierno, donde se tomarán las medidas necesarias para obtener un diagnostico cierto. Por el mismo Ministerio se ordenará lo conveniente para la construcción del edificio apropiado para cumplir esta disposición.
