ARTICULO 2 o . Objeto.- El Instituto dirigirá, administrará, controlará, vigilará y garantizará tanto la prestación de los servicios de seguridad social, como la afiliación y el recaudo de los aportes, en los términos que establecen la Constitución y la ley.
