El SENA reconocerá y pagará a sus empleados públicos de tiempo completo un subsidio mensual de alimentación en cuantía equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente. Al personal comprendido dentro del Grupo Ocupacional Directivo se le reconocerá y pagará un subsidio mensual de alimentación equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente para el año de 1989. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones o en uso de licencia superior a quince (15) días.
