Contenido de los planes. Los planes de manejo forestal y los planes de aprovechamiento forestal que se presten para áreas iguales o superiores a veinte (20) hectáreas deberán contener un capítulo sobre consideraciones ambientales en el cual se detallarán las acciones requeridas y a ejecutar para prevenir, mitigar, controlar, compensar y corregir los posibles efectos e impactos negativos causados en desarrollo del aprovechamiento forestal.
