ARTICULO 57 . RETIRO POR INVALIDEZ ABSOLUTA. La cesación definitiva de funciones por motivo de la citada invalidez se regirá por las leyes sobre prestaciones económicas y asistenciales referentes a los servidores públicos, según la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.
