º . Adiciónase con el siguiente artículo el Decreto 2685 de 1999: "Artículo 512-2. Proceso sancionatorio a la agencia de aduanas posterior al decomiso. Ejecutoriado el acto administrativo de decomiso de una mercancía deberá iniciarse, si a ello hubiere lugar, el proceso administrativo sancionatorio contra la agencia de aduanas que haya intervenido en la operación, con el objeto de aplicar las sanciones que corresponda por su gestión de agenciamiento aduanero. En este caso, el término de caducidad de la acción administrativa sancionatoria previsto en el artículo 478 del presente decreto se contará a partir de la fecha de ejecutoria del acto administrativo de decomiso".
