ABANDONO INDEBIDO DE TRIPULACION. El comandante u oficial que en caso de catástrofe o siniestro, abandonare el buque o aeronave de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional a su mando, dejando la tripulación y demás ocupantes a bordo, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años. Si el hecho se cometiere en tiempo de guerra, conmoción interior o turbación del orden público la pena se aumentará hasta en la mitad.
