°. Distribución de la planta de personal global. El Director de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Atención y Reparación Integral de Víctimas, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente Decreto, mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Atención y Reparación Integral de Víctimas.
