ARTICULO 156. Abandono del cargo. El empleado oficial que abandone su cargo sin justa causa, incurrirá en interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de uno (1) a tres (3) años. Si el agente ejerce autoridad o jurisdicción o es empleado de manejo, se le impondrá, además, arresto de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años.
