° La presente Resolución rige, a partir de la. fecha de su expedición, deroga las Resoluciones JD 005 da 1976, JD 008 de 1976, JD 005 de 1978 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias; surte efectos fiscales a partir de la fecha de su expedición y para su validez requiere la aprobación mediante Decreto del Gobierno Nacional. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
