º . Práctica de visita. Si de la objeción del dictamen pericial se deriva la necesidad de practicarse una visita al área objeto de la solicitud de concesión concurrente, la autoridad minera competente así lo ordenará en la misma audiencia, fijando día y hora para la realización de la visita técnica, dentro de un término que no podrá ser superior a los diez (10) días siguientes a su celebración. Dicha visita será realizada por un funcionario técnico de la autoridad minera competente y el perito, pudiendo asistir el proponente y el beneficiario del título minero por sí o por intermedio de apoderado o representante.
