° La Sección cuarta del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, con el fin de revisar y estudiar la autenticidad y validez de vales de la guerra de 1899, vales de la guerra de 1895, pagarés del Tesoro de 1895, vales por primas de exportación de 1907 y bonos colombianos sin interés, antiguos, que se presenten de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 41 de la Ley 22 de 1925, procederá a abrir un libro en que se tomará nota detallada y precisa de ellos.
