Con el fin de poder calcular los pedidos de drogas y demás elementos en la oficina del Médico Inspector de Prisiones se llevará una cuidadosa estadística de los presos de todos los establecimientos de castigo y del estado de sus servicios sanitarios, para lo cual la Oficina de Estadística del Departamento de Prisiones remitirá mensualmente los datos necesarios.
