Ley 73 de 1983 · por la cual la Nación se asocia a la celebración del primer centenario del Municipio de Circasia, en el departamento del Quindío, rinde tributo de admiración a sus fundadores y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Artículo segundo. De conformidad con los numerales 17 y 20 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, autorizase al Gobierno Nacional, para planificar y desarrollar las siguientes obras de utilidad pública y de interés social en el Municipio de Circasia, Departamento del Quindío:

a)

Ampliación de las redes de acueducto y alcantarillado;

b)

Construcción y dotación de la Casa de la Cultura;

c)

Pavimentación de las avenidas Centenario y Antonio José Restrepo;

d)

Construcción y dotación de la segunda etapa del Colegio Libre;

e)

Dotación del hospital "San Vicente de Paul".
