De la Tutela y el Control Administrativo.- La tutela y el control administrativo sobre las entidades mencionadas en el artículo anterior, la ejercerá el Ministerio de Minas y Energía en los términos previstos por los Decretos - Leyes 1050 de 1968 y 130 de 1976, y en las normas que los modifiquen o adicionen, así como en las respectivas normas estatutarias.
