Durante el período de la liquidación la junta de socios o la asamblea se reunirá en las fechas indicadas en los estatutos para sus sesiones ordinarias. Asimismo, cuando sea convocada por los liquidadores, el revisor fiscal o la Superintendencia, conforme a las reglas generales.
