° Los Departamentos están en la obligación de proporcionar un local bien acondicionado para el funcionamiento de los Almacenes Seccionales de útiles escolares. El Ministerio se abstendrá de remesarle los útiles correspondientes al Departamento renuente en el cumplimiento de este artículo.
